Barbury is a 100% wool loop pile carpet with a soft luxurious feel, available in a 4 metre and 5 metre width. This range comes in a variety of natural colours with two different weave designs and suitable for all areas of your home. With a secondary backing we always recommend fitting with a good quality underlay to realise the carpets full potential. This carpet is anti-static, also suitable to use with underfloor heating and durable. Comes with a 7 year domestic warranty and a 10 year stain warranty.

Installation & Fitting service
A speedy fitting service on stock availability. We use skilled installation teams who are highly experienced fitters who have spent many years in fitting wood flooring, carpets and vinyl. Our teams of carpet fitters also have many years of fitting sisal, jute, wool and synthetic carpets. Our skilled fitters work to a very high standard to achieve the best possible results.

Uplifting and disposal of existing flooring
When we come to fit your flooring please make sure your existing flooring has been uplifted and disposed of. If you would like us to do this for you there will be a charge. Please tell the sales person or estimator and they will be able to advise you on the cost and when it can be done.
Moving of furniture and easing of doors
On the day we come to fit your flooring please make sure the area is clear of furniture. In cases where your flooring doesn't leave enough space you will need to trim the bottom of your doors. If you would like us to do this for you there will be a charge. Please tell the sales person or estimator and they will be able to advise you on the cost.
Any sub floor preperation can be discussed with our estimator at the time of his visit and will give you the costing on any necessary work.
Export orders arranged

Estimating and surveying service
We employ experienced Estimators and Surveyors who can advise you on quantity, quality, durability, species and grain and also help you with the right choices of flooring to suit your needs. Standard delivery times are between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday to most of mainland UK. Remote areas are excluded. Please note there maybe a surcharge for Scotland .

We will advise you of the delivery day at the time when you place your order and we will contact you if there are any problems with your delivery.
Deliveries are made to Kerbside only and as deliveries are made by van or lorry access must be available. (For further assistance with your delivery into your property please contact us). We advise you to have help to be available to carry goods into your premises as the driver will not be able to carry flooring into your premises unless pre arranged with us. Your signature is required at time of delivery.
IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL REQUESTS REGARDING DELIVERY, or there are any DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS, i.e.. Saturday delivery, width restrictions, red- routes, parking restrictions or parking permits etc. Or, if you wish to PICK UP flooring from our retail showrooms or depot then please call us on 0207 7700 7711.
Deliveries cannot be left at another location, i.e. at another persons address, out side your garage or out side your door.
If there is any delay with your delivery then we will contact you. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will refund any monies that you may have paid.
If the carrier is unable to make the delivery because you are not available or there is an access problem You must contact us for another delivery time and another delivery charge will have to be made.
We advise you not to pre-book installers/fitters before you receive your flooring as we cannot be held responsible for any possible delays which are beyond our control.
With wood and laminate flooring, we advise that you allow some time for the flooring to acclimatise.
If you are placing a large order then please telephone us so that we can advise on delivery.
In the unlikely event that the flooring you receive is damaged, missing or incorrect, this must be written on the carrier’s paperwork at the time of delivery, and you must contact us in writing as quickly as possible. Refunds for damaged, missing or incorrect flooring cannot be made without this.
If you are having your products fitted by your own fitter, then you must check that there are no damages or faults in the product and they should not be fitted or cut into, and you must contact us in writing as quickly as possible. Refunds for damaged flooring that has been fitted or cut into by you or your own fitter cannot be made.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
You can cancel your order anytime up to 7 working days after the date of delivery (this only applies to internet sales). You must do this in writing and we will refund or exchange your goods. We will give you a reference to enclose with your return.
All goods must be adequately packed to avoid any damage. The goods must be complete, undamaged and unopened from their original packaging. We cannot accept any refunds on special orders or cut pieces. Returns will not be accepted on any over ordered products. Goods returned are at your own expense.
We supply a range of accessories including underlay, beading, door bars, nosing, stair rods, adhesives etc.
We do all types of underlay for carpets, laminates and engineered wood, including acoustic sound proofing underlay and damp proofing underlay.
If you are having your flooring fitted with us, then all accessories can be supplied and will be brought to you with your flooring. Accessories are also available with supply only orders as well.
