Where can I see actual samples of the flooring I have chosen for my floor?
	We have both wood, carpet and vinyl samples and complete areas of flooring installed at our North London showrooms which we encourage all our customers to visit.  Address, map and opening hours of our showrooms are here. Up to Three samples are refundable against your order. You can order samples through our website
	Can you send someone to make a proper assessment and estimate?
	Our estimators will visit to survey and check your requirements, take measurements and answer any questions you may have.
	How long will my installation take?
	We will be able to give you a clear schedule after we have carried out our initial survey, but as a general guide, solid floors can be installed at a rate of 30-40sq meters a day, floating floor laminates at 40-60sq meters a day and carpets and vinyls at 50-100sq meters a day.
	Can you supply regular carpets as well as the wood floors and natural carpets?
	Yes, we supply all types of carpets, in all sizes colours and quantities.
	Do you sell Rugs and Runners?
	Yes, we sell bespoke rugs and runners specially made by Alternative Flooring and Kersaint cobb. You can contact us on 0207 700 7711 where we will be able to help you with your sizes and border selection.
	Is it possible to add stain protection to all carpets?
	We can offer stain protection for all types of carpets.
	What credit cards do you accept?
	We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master card, Maestro, Switch, American Express and others.
	Am I able to buy accessories for my online purchase?
	Yes, we can supply accessories to go with your online purchase, such as underlay for carpets and wood, beeding and door bars. For further assistance please call  0800 917 7285
	What areas do you deliver to?
	We deliver to most of mainland UK except Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote areas. Our delivery fee is £29.95+Vat for orders under £350 ex Vat. For orders over £350 ex Vat there is no delivery charge.* For deliveries to Scotland there maybe an extra charge, please enquire before purchase at enquiries@woodworx.co.uk.
	Delivery times are between 8am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday to  most of mainland UK except Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote areas. Standard delivery times are within 3-5 working days from placing your order. We will advise you of the delivery day.
